On February 22, La Cage - Brasserie Sportive officially opens its doors. Reflecting La Cage 5.0, the space feature a modern décor, complete with fireplaces and LED lights to create a warm ambience. With a capacity of 172 seats inside, the establishment will increase its capacity during the summer season with a vast 115-seat outdoor terrace.

La Cage, originally La Cage aux Sports, was founded in 1984 by Georges Durst. The first franchisee, Jean Bédard, became president in 1995. In 2023, the company - headquartered in Boucherville - officially established itself internationally, more specifically in the city of Bordeaux in Bègles.
