Our store at Place de la Cité in Quebec offers quality clothing, accessories, and care for dogs and cats, in an elegant setting where every customer, whether on two or four legs, is treated with utmost care. We are looking for a passionate, creative, and caring dog fashion consultant who loves human contact as much as animals!

Job Description

• Welcome customers and their four-legged companions with warmth and enthusiasm
• Advise customers on clothing, accessories, food, and care for dogs and cats
• Create a personalized and memorable customer experience
• Manage transactions at the cash register
• Maintain the store impeccably: visual presentation, cleanliness, and restocking shelves
• Participate in photo shoots, events, and themed promotions
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Desired Profile

• Have a genuine love for animals (especially dogs!)
• Experience in customer service or sales (a plus in fashion, pet store, or cosmetics) – 1 year (preferred)
• Sense of style, aesthetics, and presentation
• Positive, professional, and resourceful attitude
• Be punctual, reliable, and willing to work alone sometimes
• Availability during the week part-time and/or weekends + one evening during the week
