The new branch officially opened its doors on August 14.
Place de la Cité is pleased to announce the opening of the 5th Fromagerie Victoria in the National Capital Region. This new restaurant enhance the range of local services we offer our customers, while providing them with a gourmet experience.
The branch offer 72 seats, easily accessible via the central aisle. The menu offer a selection of mouth-watering dishes, including the must-try poutine, gourmet burgers, succulent breakfasts and an affordable lunch menu. Perfect for lunch, dinner or supper!
The new restaurant is managed by Michaël Girard, already franchisee-shareholder of 5 branches in the Quebec City and Lévis areas, and his son Frédérick
Founded in Victoriaville in 1946, Fromagerie Victoria started out as a cheese factory. In 1988, Florian Gosselin and Youville Rousseau bought the company and added a restaurant to the concept. In recent years, Marc-André Gosselin, Florian’s son, has taken over the management of the company. The banner has 3 corporate restaurants, 22 franchises and many more to come in the coming years.
