Founded in 1867, Brûlerie Rousseau is the oldest roasting house in Quebec. Initially specializing in tea imports under the name Rousseau T! T! T!, it is the origin of Monsieur T., a sister brand dedicated to loose tea. Its founder, Jean-Benjamin Rousseau, introduced coffee and helped develop this passion in Quebec.
