Customer Service Representative (full-time)

  • Working with the team supervisor, the Customer Service Agent will have the following responsibilities:
  • Know and stay informed about all the center's services, amenities and facilities, stores, promotional activities and comfort tools.
  • Welcoming visitors to the center; informing, directing and advising them through an attentive, courteous and helpful customer experience
  • Respond to internal and external customer requests, providing accurate, relevant information and routing it to the right people.
  • Collaborate with service delivery teams (security team, housekeeping, etc.)
  • Establish and maintain good relations with retailers and keep them informed of the services offered by the center.
  • Carry out daily tasks related to the customer service point in compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Responsible for gift card sales, cash balancing and sales reconciliation
  • Collaborate with the center management team on a variety of administrative, operational and simple marketing tasks
  • Any other related tasks


  • Ability to communicate easily and clearly, both orally and in writing.
  • At ease with computer tools
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to make decisions, solve problems and set priorities
