Place de la Cité is pleased to announce the upcoming opening of the 5th Fromagerie Victoria in the National Capital Region. This new restaurant will enhance the range of local services we offer our customers, while providing them with a gourmet experience.
The branch will offer 72 seats, easily accessible via the central aisle. The menu will offer a selection of mouth-watering dishes, including the must-try poutine, gourmet burgers, succulent breakfasts and an affordable lunch menu. Perfect for lunch, dinner or supper!
The new restaurant will be managed by Michaël Girard, already franchisee-shareholder of 5 branches in the Quebec City and Lévis areas, and his son Frédérick
Fondée à Victoriaville en 1946, Fromagerie Victoria œuvrait au départ comme usine de fabrication de fromage. C’est en 1988 que Florian Gosselin et Youville Rousseau achètent l’entreprise et ajoutent un restaurant au concept. Depuis quelques années, Marc-André Gosselin, fils de Florian, a repris la direction de l’entreprise. La bannière compte 3 restaurants corporatifs, 22 franchises et bien d’autres à venir dans les prochaines années.
